I'm not sure how it came to be - how I got this anxiety, but it consumes me and everything that I do. And it's getting worse with age, and nothing seems to assuage the suffocating, but I'm going to find a way to cut through.

I want to keep in touch with my friends. I want to fall in love again, but I can't from inside my room. I don't want to spend my life in bed,
I just need to get out of my head and stop criticizing everything that I do.
